Verde was a bank owned foreclosure purchased for $63,000. The renovation budget was $12,500 with an expected construction time frame of 2 weeks. After a nearly 3 week renovation Verde was listed on the market for $119,000 and sold 2 days later for $130,000. The buyer offered $10,000 over asking price, however the appraisal only came in at $120,000. We accepted the $120,000 sales price.
